Our farm offers tradicional Tolmin dishes. Among them you can find variety of stews and you cannot miss  out on frika and štruklji. If you are not free for lunch, you can also try our dried meat products, albuminska skuta and Tolminc cheese. Our food is all organically grown.

Tolminska frika

It’s a traditional sheperd’s dish, which is made of potatoes and cheese and also polenta is added.

Narezek (cold cuts)

This is a variety of our dried meat products together with Tolminc cheese and creamcheeses, which are made of salty curd cheese, called Albuminska skuta.

Enolončnica (stew)

We make different kinds of stews, such as mineštra (minestrone), jota (Istrian stew) and kaša (porrige). All of them are served together with fresh homemade bread.

Štruklji

Our štruklji are made of yeast dough and filled with wallnuts. We always dress them with cracklings or just butter. They are still our biggest pride, because they are made by our grandmother’s original recipe.

Our mother took part in this competition where they competed in the making of štruklji in 2010. She won second place.
