Organic products

Main activity on our farm is milk production, which is later processed to famous autochthonous cheese called »Tolminc« and special curd cheese, called »Albuminska skuta«. We started with ogranic production back in 1999. We received a certificate for being an organic farm  two years later. Our products are know under a brand called»BIODAR«. Next to cheese and salty curd cheese, we also offer chicken eggs, pear spirit, seasonal vegetables and wallnuts to our visitors.
